TL250PP Plate Description
We have almost 150 models for detachable plate heat exchanger.The plate angle is distinguished between high theta and low theta, chevron is divided into shallow groove,deep groove and super-deep groove which can be assembled to narrow passage PHE,wide passage PHE and super-wide passage PHE in order to be applied in different fields and fluids.
Unique Plate Design
We design efficient heat transfer plate based on super tinny digital precise measuring and test method.The unique chevrons of plates along with reasonable plate mould design improve heat transfer efficiency.
Mix design
M&C plates with H theta and L theta which can achieve the thermal mix design.

Technical Advancement of plate &Gaset. Very high heat transfer rates due to thermodynamically optimized design. Corrugation fields with “off-set”embossing allow for symmetrical and asymmetrical flow gaps. Specially embossed entry fields for anoptimum distribution of media. Gaskets fastened by”Clip-system”for easy maintenance. Gaskets have a special ribbed surface,enabling more exact centering and stabilization of the entire plate pack. Double gasket with leakage groove between two medias,preventing mixing of the media. Special plate profile at the edges,reinforcing the plate pack and ensuring high pressure resistance of the gasket during operation. |

High theta channel arrangement(H+H):for higher thermal performance and allowable pressure drop requirement applications.
Low theta channel arrangement(L+L):for lower allowable pressure drop requirement application.
Mixed channel arrangement(H+L/H+M/M+L):optional arrangement to gain the optimized performance.
